    Is it really that good? My take

    The rooftop pool was a hit! Fine views and an amazing bar made for good evenings.

    Service inconsistency was frustrating. Some staff members lacked attentiveness during busy breakfast hours.

    Nice restaurant on the veranda downstairs all green and delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff on the prescription, very responsive. The rooms are spacious, nice mattresses. Anyway, it's a good impression of the hotel....

    Why does the rooftop pool close during the daytime? Such a wasted opportunity!!! The gym facilities are surprisingly limited for a luxury hotel, I expected more!!! Decluttering some public spaces could enhance the overall elegance!!!

    The location was great, but then Rome is a walking city

    I was directed to an out of town shopping centre, Roma1, a bad suggestion given that a) it took about 1 hour to get to and b) the shopping was not fantastic - more your basic brands.
